Connected AI Service Terms

These Connected AI Service Terms ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of services provided by Connected AI, a service offering of Connected Geek, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Connected Geek, LLC operates and manages multiple technology service offerings, including Connected AI and CRM Connect, which together provide automation, artificial intelligence systems, and customer relationship management infrastructure for business clients.

By purchasing services, accepting this agreement electronically, subscribing to a service plan, or using the Connected AI or CRM Connect systems, the client ("Client", "you", or "your") agrees to the terms of this Agreement.


1. Description of Services

Connected AI provides automated communication and workflow systems designed to assist businesses with customer interaction, lead capture, and operational automation.

Services may include:

• AI Voice Call Handling
• AI Chat And Messaging Automation
• SMS And Email Follow-Up Automation
• Lead Qualification Workflows
• Appointment Scheduling Integrations
• CRM Pipeline Management And Reporting
• Automation Workflow Configuration
• System Hosting And Infrastructure

Services may be sold individually or bundled as the Connected AI System.

The exact services and features available depend on the package purchased by the Client.


2. Service Configurations

Connected AI services may be delivered in one of the following configurations, depending on the plan selected by the Client.

Voice AI System

An automated voice communication system capable of:

• Answering Inbound Calls
• Responding To Callers Using Artificial Intelligence
• Routing Calls To Staff Members
• Capturing Caller Information
• Integrating With Scheduling And CRM Systems

Conversational AI System

An automated messaging system capable of interacting through channels such as:

• Website Chat
• SMS Messaging
• Lead Capture Forms
• Messaging Automations
• Customer Qualification Workflows

Connected AI System (Bundled Platform)

A combined system that may include:

• Voice AI Automation
• Conversational AI Automation
• CRM Automation Workflows
• Lead Management Tools
• Automated Communication Pipelines

The specific capabilities delivered depend on the services purchased.


3. CRM Platform Access (CRM Connect)

Many Connected AI services include access to the CRM Connect platform, which is operated and managed by Connected Geek, LLC.

CRM Connect is a business automation platform used to manage:

• Customer Relationship Management
• Lead Tracking And Pipeline Management
• Communication Workflows
• Marketing Automation
• Messaging And Call Tracking
• Reporting And Analytics

Access to the CRM Connect platform is provided as part of the Connected AI system infrastructure.

CRM Connect accounts remain active only while the Client maintains an active subscription.

Clients may not:

• Resell The CRM Connect Platform
• Redistribute Platform Access
• License The Platform To Third Parties

Connected Geek, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate CRM Connect access if subscription payments are not maintained.


4. Setup and Implementation Services

Most Connected AI systems require an initial setup and configuration process.

Setup services may include:

• AI Agent Configuration
• Workflow Automation Setup
• CRM Connect Platform Configuration
• Integration With Phone Systems
• Website And Messaging Integration
• Calendar And Scheduling Integration
• System Testing And Deployment

Clients are responsible for providing the necessary business information, credentials, and integrations required to configure the system.

Typical implementation timelines range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on complexity and client responsiveness.

Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation work has begun.


5. Monthly Service Subscription

Connected AI systems require an active monthly subscription.

Monthly subscription services may include:

• System Hosting
• Platform Infrastructure
• CRM Connect Access
• Automation Functionality
• AI Processing Infrastructure
• System Monitoring And Maintenance
• Standard Technical Support

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled by the Client.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in service suspension or restricted access to the CRM Connect platform.


6. Usage-Based Costs and Billing Responsibilities

Certain Connected AI services may generate usage-based costs depending on system activity.

Examples may include:

• Voice Call Minutes
• SMS Or MMS Messaging
• Email Delivery Services
• Artificial Intelligence Processing
• Third-Party API Services

To support these services, Clients may be required to add a valid payment method within the CRM Connect billing section.

The Client is responsible for:

• Entering A Valid Credit Card Or Payment Method Into The CRM Connect Billing System
• Maintaining A Valid Payment Method For Usage-Based Charges
• Paying All Usage Charges Generated By System Activity

Usage charges may be generated by:

• Customer Interactions
• Marketing Campaigns
• Incoming Calls Or Messages
• Automated Communication Workflows

Connected Geek, LLC does not control the volume of activity generated by the Client's marketing efforts, customer traffic, or communication volume.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service limitations or suspension.


7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide Accurate Information For System Configuration
• Provide Integration Credentials When Necessary
• Maintain Compliance With Applicable Communication Laws
• Obtain Proper Consent For Automated Messaging When Required

Connected Geek, LLC is not responsible for regulatory compliance related to the Client's marketing, messaging, or communication practices.


8. AI Communication Disclosure

Connected AI systems may utilize artificial intelligence to communicate with callers, customers, or website visitors.

These communications may include:

• AI Voice Responses
• Automated Chat Responses
• AI-Generated Messaging

The Client acknowledges that communications may be generated or assisted by AI systems.

The Client is responsible for disclosing automated communication where required by applicable laws or regulations.


9. Call Recording and Monitoring Disclosure

Connected AI systems may record or transcribe voice calls for purposes including:

• System Operation
• Call Routing And Processing
• Performance Analytics
• System Improvement

The Client is responsible for complying with applicable call recording and disclosure laws.

Clients should notify callers when calls may be recorded or monitored.


10. SMS and Messaging Compliance

Automated messaging may be subject to telecommunications regulations, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and other messaging regulations.

Clients agree to:

• Obtain Proper Consent Before Sending Automated Messages
• Provide Opt-Out Instructions When Required
• Maintain Records Of Messaging Consent

Connected Geek, LLC is not responsible for violations resulting from the Client's messaging practices.


11. No Guarantee of Results

Connected AI systems are designed to improve response time, customer engagement, and lead management.

However, Connected Geek, LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including:

• Lead Generation Results
• Customer Acquisition
• Conversion Rates
• Revenue Growth

Business results depend on factors outside the Company's control.


12. Third-Party Platforms

Connected AI systems rely on third-party service providers, including:

• Telecommunications Providers
• Messaging Carriers
• Artificial Intelligence Platforms
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers
• Third-Party Software Integrations

Connected Geek, LLC is not responsible for outages, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.


13. Support and Maintenance

Standard support includes reasonable assistance related to system functionality.

Support does not include:

• Marketing Strategy Services
• Sales Consulting
• Custom Development Outside The Agreed Scope
• Full System Redesigns

Additional services may require separate agreements or additional fees.


14. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the CRM Connect billing system.

Services remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Failure to cancel prior to the renewal date will result in automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.


15. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and implementation work:

• Setup Fees Are Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
• Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable After Billing

If technical issues prevent system operation, Connected Geek, LLC will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.


16. Limitation of Liability

Connected Geek, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost Revenue
• Lost Business Opportunities
• Missed Communications
• Indirect Or Consequential Damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the previous thirty days.


17. Intellectual Property

All systems, automation workflows, AI configurations, and infrastructure developed by Connected Geek, LLC remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use these systems while their subscription remains active.


18. Data and Privacy

Client data remains the property of the Client.

Connected Geek, LLC may process data only for the purpose of delivering services and operating the Connected AI and CRM Connect platforms.

The Client is responsible for maintaining appropriate privacy policies for their customers.


19. System Modifications

Connected Geek, LLC may update systems, infrastructure, or automation workflows as technology evolves.

These updates may improve:

• System Reliability
• Security
• Performance
• AI Capabilities


20. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Connected Geek, LLC operates.


21. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the acceptance button on this page, signing electronically, submitting payment, or using Connected AI or CRM Connect services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Connected AI Service Terms.
